Last week, we proudly hosted the Leaders Locker Room event, presented by Blundstone Australia with Jack Riewoldt leading the day as the speaker host. The day brought together some of the sharpest minds to share powerful lessons on navigating leadership challenges and building lasting legacies. From panel discussions to a live podcast, here’s a glimpse of the key takeaways: Culture & Recruiting: Christine Finnegan, Rhiannon Carr, and Brett Morgan shared how authentic connections are at the heart of successful recruitment and leadership. Crisis Management: Hannah Gray, Robert Miller, and Mitch McPherson gave actionable strategies for staying prepared, agile, and calm when the unexpected happens. Legacy: Scott Roth and Adam Blake reminded us that growth comes from honouring our roots while looking ahead to future opportunities.
