Buying a home to live in might not be the best way to make money. While it can build value, a mortgage keeps you stuck paying off debt with no direct income coming in. As an investor, though, you can generate income, pull profits, and have flexibility without the same financial burden. The key is to invest smartly, not tie your income to a property that doesn't work for you. #SmartInvesting #RealEstateInvestment #FinancialFreedom #WealthBuilding

When we began, research showed that there were fewer than 100 Aboriginal property investors in Australia. But since starting in 2020, we’ve helped create 110 Aboriginal property investors – doubling what the data said existed, all in just four years. Our big goal? To build a community of Aboriginal millionaires. By 2025, we aim to have 100 Aboriginal millionaires. Right now, we’re over 40 and still growing strong. Join us on this journey. #IndigenousWealth #Aboriginal #Investors #AUProperty

Congratulations to our Founder Bradley Gimbert for being recognised at such a prestigious event.
Last night, the first inaugural CUB Club of United Business Awards were hosted. With over 500 members flying in from all over Australia to celebrate and reward our accomplishments and contributions to society. This event was the work of Daniel Hakim's dreams and aspirations when he first launched CUB 9 years ago. Having the opportunity to be a part of CUB and gain such valuable insight and knowledge has been a key part of my personal success and the success of Indigenous Wealth. I am blown away to have received the award for Australian Businessperson of the Year 2024. Thank you to Daniel Hakim Mark Bouris AM Anthony Mullane, the Hakim family, and the CUB family for this incredible opportunity and for your commitment. To my early mentor and friend, Matt Wilson, thank you for believing in me and my vision. To my mentor Adrian Hondros, thank you for seeing my potential and helping me harness it. To our incredible business partners Angela Smith and Alexia Pettenon for your collaboration and support on the night. And of course thank you to my incredible Indigenous Wealth team for fighting the good fight with me every day, and continuing to purse this goal.

With the new expansions of rail links and public transport constructions, there are greater opportunities for property investors across key areas in Australia. Regional cities like Geelong, Ballarat, and Bendigo have seen significant growth in their property markets, with regional VIC being recognised as one of the nation’s strongest markets in recent years. Research by Hotspotting shows that suburbs with commuter train links often experience higher capital growth rates compared to those without train services. This is good news for investors looking to leverage the positive impact of transport infrastructure. When investing in areas influenced by transport infrastructure, it’s important to note that property values typically rise in three distinct waves, allowing for strategic entry points into the market. While these projects can be game-changers for property owners, patience is key, as governments may announce big projects around election periods but may take time to fully implement them. Additionally, while transport infrastructure generally enhances property value, there are occasional challenges, particularly for properties located too close to new facilities, which can lead to increased noise or congestion. However, understanding these dynamics allows investors to make more informed decisions and find the sweet spot for long-term growth. #IndigenousWealth #PropertyNews

THRIVE > SURVIVE We, as Aboriginal people, represent our mob at all times. In the world we live in today, there is more opportunity now for our people, than there ever has been - post colonisation. We owe it to our people, our ancestors, to take full and absolute advantage of every single one we can that benefits us. That is why we exist.
