Meet Rhiannon Tracey, founder of The Next Steps, keynote speaker, podcaster, model and inspiring advocate for people living with a disability. After a spinal cord injury changed her life at the age of 21, Rhiannon has focused on sharing her unique, hopeful insights on healing and overcoming adversity while helping others with her non-profit dedicated to providing the best recovery, and rehabilitation options in Australia. A massive congratulations to Dean Boxall on winning 2024 Coach of the Year at The AIS Sport Performance Awards! Dean was the home coach to 10 out of 44 athletes on the Dolphins Olympics Swimming team at Paris 2024, with 80% of winning a medal including 4 golds! These awards are the only annual national awards celebrating the outstanding achievements of athletes, teams, coaches, volunteers and leaders in Able and Para Australian high performance sport. Dean’s passionate, high-energy coaching style pushes his swimmers to reach new heights, resulting in world records, Olympic victories, and unforgettable moments in swimming history. With his recent achievements, getting the nod for best annual coach comes as no surprise. We’re proud to have him here at ICMI as an exclusive speaker, where he shares sensational insights on mindset, preparation and high-performance training.

Three years ago, I volunteered as a Student Ambassador at Movember. I was feeling uncertain about my direction in life and wanted to contribute to a cause that truly mattered. Fast forward three years, and I’m incredibly proud that The ASE Group has partnered with Movember on a nationwide project to support young men’s mental health.
