About us
We plug gaps! Our team of highly experienced internal, change and crisis communication specialists support organisations who need communication support for a specific project, issue, or who have recognised they need the capability in their business but aren’t ready to hire full-time permanent resources, or are struggling to recruit. Our clients call us when they are about to embark on significant change - whether it be digital, strategic, people-focused, M&A activity, or anything in between - and we step in to help develop a change communication strategy to support their work. We work as part of the team to not only develop the strategy, but all of the communication materials required, along with building capability with change leaders. We offer workshops - online and in-house - to help leaders and team members become better communicators. Whether that's strategic storytelling, developing project communication plans, or crisis management, we can tailor our workshops and training to your needs. To date, we've worked with some of Queensland's and Australia's largest and most-trusted not-for-profit and corporate organisations across early learning, aged care, social services, financial services, urban development, construction, and trades. We love what we do and nothing makes us happier than seeing people put new skills into action after our training, and seeing a communication plan successfully implemented!

Survey fatigue could be holding back your feedback efforts. In today’s world, people are overwhelmed by constant requests for input. Whether it’s employees or customers - they’re tuning out, leaving you with low response rates and disengaged audiences. But there’s hope! So, if you’re ready to get some decent input data, read more here: 👉 https://buff.ly/4j3LQLd . . [Image description: A white background with five emoji faces from happy to angry. Internal communication isn’t just about sending emails or posting on the intranet. It's about delivering measurable outcomes that align with business objectives. Yet, many comms professionals face challenges like: - Confidence in our abilities—but not in showcasing results. - Lack of recognition from leadership. - Getting stuck in tactical execution instead of strategic decision-making. So, how do we break through? By thinking like business partners, focusing on outcomes, building business acumen, and measuring what truly matters. But to do this, you need to be ready to shift the narrative from “what we do” to “why we do it”. So, we’ve put together a list of the barriers and how to address them to demonstrate real impact, influence behaviour, and link comms to business success - right here: 👉 https://buff.ly/3ZXUOC7 . . In our latest podcast episode of Less Chatter, More Matter, we had an insightful conversation with Sia Papageorgiou FRSA, FCSCE, SCMP from the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence (CSCE). We used this time to cover off the findings of her latest report: Strategic Internal Communication: Overcoming Challenges and Demonstrating Value, while we explored what it truly means to act strategically in internal communication—and why it’s critical for professionals to move beyond just tactics. Sia also shared powerful insights on why strategic communication is essential, not just for businesses, but for society as a whole. She also shares some key takeaways from the report, like the need for communication professionals to step up, build business acumen, and show the impact of what we do. So… if you want to do exactly that, listen in and get inspired to take your comms career to the next level: https://buff.ly/4g6iny1 🎧 . .
