🥳 It's that time of year again, where we all come together to celebrate what an incredible year it has been. This past Friday, was our annual Growthbuilt Christmas Party! With all of our team spread across so many sites, it's rare we get to connect in person. So our team really look forward to the opportunity to catch up with their old teammates and make some new connections along with a lot of laughter, good vibes, and great memories. 🥂 We spent the evening at The Butler toasting to our collective achievements. The city skyline was a very fitting backdrop to celebrate the hard work and determination that have been the backbone of our success this year. Our Directors, Peter Sukkar and Colin Rahim thanked our team for their hard work, and reminded us what the Growthbuilt spirit is all about. Our General Manager, Adam Ashcroft, took us through a recap of our projects, from the ones we've wrapped up, to the ones that are almost there, and the exciting new projects just getting started. Shout out to our very own Dominic Slavin who showed us that he's multi-talented and was our resident photographer 📸 for the night. Cheers to 2024, and to an exciting year ahead 🎄 John OBrien B.Sc., FCA. Mitchell Stubbs Don Zakroczymski Naim EL-Kaderi John Gabriel Lianna Augoustis

At Growthbuilt, delivering projects that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance is non-negotiable. That’s why we’re committed to strengthening our team’s understanding of Australian Standards—guidelines that form a critical part of our quality management process. Recently we gave all our first and second year cadets a project - to research our key Australian Standards, and summarise how they are used at Growthbuilt. Their presentations will then be turned into learning modules to upskill the entire Growthbuilt team. 🏆 A special shout-out to our winning cadets Ali Reda Moukachar and Jamie Azzi, who delivered an outstanding presentation on: AS3740 – Waterproofing of Domestic Wet Areas AS4554.1 – Waterproofing Membranes Nicole Mesic our HSE Manager - Training & Systems had the pleasure of watching all our cadets’ presentations and said "It was great to see all the Cadets get together, research and learn about different Australian standards they may not be familiar with. They worked really hard to put valuable resources together and the feedback from them was that they enjoyed the exercise, and all took something away from it”.

📣 Welcoming Serge to Growthbuilt 📣 We’re thrilled to introduce Serge Bolgarschii, our new Head of Strategic Partnerships! With over 15 years of experience in property development, Serge brings invaluable expertise in managing diverse portfolios and a deep understanding of the development side of projects. Serge has hit the ground running, this week attending the Faith Housing Australia event - "Housing: Respect, Protect, Fulfil the Right" where Housing Minister Clare O'Neil, Professor Rob Stokes (Chair of Faith Housing Australia), and The Hon. Kevin Bell AO KC discussed the future of housing policy in Australia. 🏡 One of the key takeaways was the critical role of faith-based organizations in addressing the housing crisis. With faith groups already contributing to 1 in 10 Housing Australia Future Fund projects, there’s a push to double their involvement in the next round. 🤲 Faith Housing Australia is leading this effort, using church-owned land in well-located areas to deliver affordable housing with a social purpose. As Professor Stokes put it: “We’re morally obliged to see what we can do with this land – to relieve housing injustice.” 🏗️ Growthbuilt brings extensive expertise in the social and affordable housing space, including helping clients secure funding and navigating complex projects. Events like this reinforce the importance of cross-sector collaboration to create sustainable solutions for Australia’s housing needs. Reflecting on the event, Serge shared: “The Hon. Kevin Bell’s insights into the ‘housing disaster’ and the need for greater government agency ownership of housing delivery in NSW and nationally really stood out. It’s a critical conversation that aligns with our focus on building long-term, impactful relationships.” We’re excited to see Serge’s leadership and strategic approach help us continue to deliver projects that make a difference in the lives of Australians. #FaithHousingAustralia #Growthbuilt #WelcomeToTheTeam #StrategicPartnerships #HousingPolicy #SocialImpact #ConstructionLeadership Peter Sukkar Colin Rahim Adam Ashcroft John OBrien B.Sc., FCA. We’re thrilled to announce that Greenwich Place has been awarded the National Lifestyle Housing for Seniors Award - Aged Care Facilities at the 2024 Master Builders Australia National Excellence in Building and Construction Awards in Hobart. This is an incredible milestone for Growthbuilt, marking our first national win at this prestigious level—a moment of immense pride for our entire team. Designed and constructed in partnership with Stamen Greenwich, Greenwich Place represents a new benchmark in aged care, combining style, luxury, and security with first-class permanent care facilities. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the collaborative efforts of our project partners, including SB Architects (Sydney) and the Boffa Robertson Group, whose architectural vision and expertise brought the project to life, alongside our dedicated consultants and subcontractors. Key Features of Greenwich Place: ⭐A six-storey, 96-room aged care facility offering permanent care, respite care, palliative care, and dementia care ⭐State-of-the-art amenities, including a hydrotherapy pool, cinema, and wellness spaces like massage and hairdressing rooms ⭐Thoughtful design prioritizing natural light, safety, and a homelike environment ⭐Sustainable features, including 30 solar panels, ensuring both longevity and environmental responsibility ⭐Uncompromising quality—each room is uniquely designed, blending state of the art resident safety technology with aesthetic appeal This project reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering not just buildings, but spaces that enrich lives. Transitioning to aged care can be a challenging time, and we worked hand in hand with our client to ensure Greenwich Place feels like home. A standout aspect of this project was the collaborative approach to align with the client’s vision, even as designs evolved. Our inhouse ThinkFactor Joinery helped us achieve meticulous attention to detail throughout. As our Construction Manager, Naim EL-Kaderi, said: "This project cements Growthbuilt’s status as the top RACF builder in the country. Every member of the team embraced the client’s vision, delivering a facility that is not only beautiful but also highly functional and future-ready." A huge thank you to all involved for making this transformative project a reality, and to the Master Builders Association for the recognition. #Growthbuilt #GreenwichPlace #MasterBuildersAwards #NationalExcellenceAwards #AgedCare #ConstructionExcellence Peter Sukkar Colin Rahim Adam Ashcroft John OBrien B.Sc., FCA.
