The major structural elements are complete, with the focus now shifting to roofing and cladding elements. Griffith Group are excited to share a progress update on the Autism Queensland Limited Sunshine Coast Campus. Armada Built Pty Ltd have made great progress, since turning sod in March this year, with handover expected late 2024 which will ensure that the campus can open in 2025. Scaffolding was recently removed revealing the striking façade which blends seamlessly into the Eden Academy which was developed last year. Exciting progress at this one-of-a-kind James Street project! This iconic site, with over 100m of absolute street frontage, is set to reshape the landscape, bringing together luxury retail, dining, and office spaces in the heart of Brisbane’s most sought-after precinct. We’re thrilled to announce that piling has been successfully completed today, with the capping beam now 70% finished. CONSTRUCTION UPDATE Construction is powering along at our mixed-use development in Ripley. The structure and in-ground service trades are progressing well with all panels now stood and the structural steel installation gaining momentum. Roofers will be on-site in the coming weeks. The project will be delivered in stages with tenancy hand-overs commencing in late 2024.
