Rage, Release, and Reset 🔨 As part of our Q1 team meeting and training session, we took the team to a rage room to focus on personal and professional well-being. It's easy to get caught up in the demands of the workplace, but sometimes, the best way to reset is to let go of built-up stress and smash through those barriers—literally!
