We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the U.S. Demonstration Program between FBR and CRH Ventures in Florida! 🏡✨ Using the innovative Hadrian X® and concrete masonry blocks from a CRH Ventures affiliate, we constructed the external walls of nine code-compliant homes. One of these homes was built in just a single day! 🏠💨 Each structure was independently verified to meet all applicable building standards. This achievement showcases the incredible capabilities of the Hadrian X® construction robot, especially the milestone of building a home's walls in a single shift with only three personnel on site. With the Demonstration Program deemed complete, CRH Ventures has 45 days to exercise its option to enter an exclusive joint venture with FBR for the supply of Wall as a Service® in the United States, starting 2 January 2025. Following the completion of the Demonstration Program, US$400,000 has become payable from CRH Ventures to FBR. FBR's Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer, Mark Pivac recently attended an event in Perth and had the opportunity to discuss robotics, automation and housing with Government Ministers, including Australia's Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese. FBR has completed the ninth home in our ten house Demonstration Program for CRH Ventures in Florida, United States. 🏡✨ This home is the last of five homes in the Demonstration Program that FBR was responsible for contracting. CEO Mike Pivac said: “Receiving engineering sign-off for the penultimate home...is an important milestone in our U.S. market entry.
