  • Mental Health Matters Luncheon 2024 💭 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, donated auction items & pledged to support Self Seen on Friday 18th October. The day was an incredible success, filled with insightful talks from our guest speakers and subject matter experts, Kelly Saidey from Lifeline and Caz Heise. We are truly overwhelmed by the community’s generosity, raising over $20,200 for Self Seen and pledging an additional $12,000 to Lifeline over the next 12 months. Lifestyle Group have also donated a Ski Erg workout machine to the Self Seen gym. Your generosity and willingness to support our annual Self Seen Mental Health Matters event is so appreciated. We look forward to your participation and continuing this important conversation in 2025. Together, we’re making a difference 🤍

  • Elders Lifestyle Group stands in support of the UN International Day of the Girl Child and its theme this year, “Girls’ Vision for the Future”. We recognise the potential of girls all over the world to reach the stars, but also the barriers they face in the pursuit of their hopes and dreams – barriers that include poverty and human trafficking. Every year, millions of girls fall victim to human trafficking and exploitation, stripped of their childhood and denied the opportunity to thrive. It’s a stark reminder that while we celebrate the progress we’ve made, there’s still so much work to do. Our commitment to #endhumantrafficking is unwavering. We are honoured to partner with Destiny Rescue, a global leader dedicated to the eradication of child trafficking and exploitation to build a future where every child is free to reach her full potential. Join us in the fight against child trafficking. Learn more about Destiny Rescue here : https://bit.ly/3NnzUoW

  • Our Head of Culture and Growth, Ainsley Barrett and Business Development Manager, Tarym Wright, have been actively engaging with local schools in Port Macquarie to discuss our 2025 Building Lives Scholarships and offer valuable insights into the rental market. The Building Lives Scholarship provides an exceptional opportunity for school leavers who are unsure of their career direction or have an interest in real estate. The program allows recipients to work across all departments of our company, benefiting from hands-on training with industry-leading mentors, a range of perks, and a guaranteed placement in the department of their choice. Additionally, we recognise that many young people are not fully prepared for the complexities of renting. Tarym, from our Property Management team, addressed key questions and shared practical advice, helping students gain the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their future rental options. Our hope is that these sessions inspired students, sparking new ideas and equipping them with valuable insights for their next steps. #elderslifestylegroup #careers

This is a key focus for us, as we strive to foster a safe and open space for communication within our workplace. #ruok #ruokday
