What rituals do you have that mark the end of the year? Our Partner Louise Connor has 2 great questions that can help spark reflection!
Rituals help us mark the passing of time and process what we’ve achieved. If you don’t have an end of year ritual in mind for the end of 2024, may I offer three questions for you to reflect on with your team - what inspired you the most this year? - what was your proudest achievement? - what do these reflections give you the confidence to try in 2025? Would love to hear about your rituals! Wishing you all a happy and safe holiday season 🎄☀️⛱️

This week, some of our team members ditched the office for Christmas wrapping 🎁 Their skills were put to the test as presents came in all different forms (books, clothes, backpacks), but it was all for a good and important cause - to support Lifeline Australia. With each present came a donation to support Lifeline's mission to provide mental health services to the nation and local community, all in the hopes of seeing Australia free of suicide.

'The CE Office' (2024) Step into the hilariously chaotic world of Corporate Edge, where leadership excellence meets coffee spills, dance-offs, and endless laughs. This workplace comedy follows a passionate team as they balance day-to-day work with village check-ins, impromptu karaoke sessions, and the occasional oat latte disaster. Through stretches, celebrations, and plenty of awkwardly funny moments, 'The CE Office' is a heartwarming tribute to teamwork, resilience, and the magic of building a truly connected workplace. Think The Office meets Ted Lasso - but with more leadership lingo and no sports.
