Excited to share this enhancement to the Granted tool by Chris Norman and Common Fate. Since discovering Granted in my current role, it's been a standard for user access for IAM Identity Center. This update mitigates phishing attempts if an attacker knows your organization's IAM Identity Center URL and crafts a malicious login, which can't be fully addressed with phishing resistant MFA. If you don't leverage Granted for authorization to your AWS org, I'd recommend checking it out. Link to the blog post in the comments, which also includes additional details regarding the threat. Also, a huge thanks also to Rami McCarthy for inspiring this update. #cloud #cloudsecurity #aws #awssecurity #iam #iamsecurity #iamidentitycenter #phishing
