At City Venue Management, we proudly support the campaign from Royal Life Saving – Australia ‘Keep Your Cool at the Pool’. Our lifeguards and swim teachers play a critical role in maintaining safety and ensuring a positive experience for all of our visitors at our aquatic facilities. This campaign reinforces the importance of respect, cooperation, and zero tolerance for aggression in our venues. RLSA asks for you to follow these steps for a safer and more enjoyable pool visit: ✅ Listen to lifeguards’ and swim teachers’ instructions. ✅ Supervise your children at all times. ✅ Treat staff and fellow swimmers with respect. Together, we can create a safe and supportive space for both patrons and staff. #KeepYourCool #RespectLifeguards #WaterSafety

About us
City Venue Management is the solution for professional, long-term aquatic, recreation and facility management. City Venue Management’s focus is on quality rather than quantity. This philosophy sees us only tender for facilities that require specialist hands-on support, working for progressive asset owners looking for a long-term partnership rather than simply a contract. With the experience and expertise we have acquired from managing over 30 aquatic, fitness and leisure facilities throughout Queensland and New South Wales, we have gained a nuanced understanding of the needs of our key stakeholders, being; the asset (facility), the asset owner (councils), patrons, sporting clubs and members of the wider community. Vision Statement: To offer a diverse range of services, programs and events in a well managed, clean and safe group of aquatic facilities and Health Clubs for the benefit of residents and visitors. Ensure cohesion between the facility management and the major community user groups including swim clubs. Inspire community activity and build overall attendance levels using specific marketing, program development and strong sales and retention programs. Deliver facilities that exceed the expectations of the owner’s service delivery model in a manner that is completely transparent and professional.

Queensland-first technology improves swimmer safety in Logan! Gould Adams Park Aquatic Centre, proudly managed by City Venue Management, is now the #first facility in Queensland to implement AI-powered drowning prevention technology. The innovative Lynxight system makes pools safer and smarter by using AI to enhance standard CCTV cameras and send real-time alerts to lifeguards via smartwatches, providing an additional layer of safety for swimmers and enhancing response times in critical situations. Logan City is setting the benchmark for water safety by adopting cutting-edge technology that supports lifeguards in keeping the community safe. We are proud to partner with Logan City Council in delivering this forward-thinking initiative. Mayor Jon Raven highlighted the importance of this upgrade: "While there is no replacement for active supervision by parents, caregivers, and lifeguards, this technology acts as an invaluable safety tool. For individuals who cannot swim or lack confidence in the water, it has the potential to save lives." This Gould Adams Park upgrade is part of a broader $2 million investment by Logan City Council to enhance safety and improve the overall swimming experience for all visitors. At City Venue Management, we are committed to making aquatic facilities safer for everyone and ensuring that families can enjoy safer swimming this summer. #CityOfLogan #WaterSafety Royal Life Saving – Australia Lynxight Logan City Council

Yesterday, 91.1 Hot FM and Rackley Swimming joined together to host The Coast’s Biggest Swimming Lesson at our Kawana Aquatic Centre 🏊💙 We were also joined by Laurie Lawrence, the former Olympic coach and founder of the KIDS ALIVE campaign. Launched in 1988, this program has saved countless young lives by promoting water safety education and swimming lessons for children. We were also joined by Luke Daly CEO of Australian Swim Schools Association (ASSA) and the team from Ampd Academy (RTO: 31946) to help create the biggest swim lesson yet. The event highlighted the vital importance of swimming lessons for children under five, while raising awareness about #watersafety for young families across the Queensland Sunshine Coast. Thank you to our amazing team and the Sunny Coast #Community for coming out to the Coast’s Biggest Swimming Lesson!
