Organisations are deploying #AI tools with a ‘hammer and nail’ mindset, finding applications for these technologies rather than using them to solve existing business problems, says EdgeRed’s Howard Gu. “Sometimes, especially with the latest AI [tools], there is a [tendency to]...take the technology and find an application, which I don’t agree with.
