Take a look at the ongoing construction of Torca Homes' new residential development in Coolock. Expected to reach completion soon, this housing scheme will feature 87 residential units, available in a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bed units with associated private balconies/terraces. During the planning stages, we were appointed to produce verified view montages to present the potential impact of the scheme on its surrounding environment to An Bord Pleanála. Our Coolock development is nearing completion! Progress continuing on site, and we look forward to handing these 87 units with basement car parking over to Respond during the summer.
