    We’re Hiring: VP of Global Operations Exciting opportunity with an innovative player in the global beverage industry. Our client, with offices in Ireland and with a strong, growing presence across international markets, is seeking a Vice President of Global Operations to join their leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will shape operational strategy and drive growth across, operational strategy, manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate Profile: Extensive experience in global operations, with a strong focus on manufacturing and quality. A background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is essential. Experience in the alcohol beverage category is of distinct advantage.. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, high-growth organization. Their mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals aligns with our values, and we’re honoured to contribute to their incredible cause. Their work is especially vital during the winter months, and this donation will contribute to essential needs like veterinary bills, medicine, food, and the care of animals at their rescue centre.     🌍 The Future of Hybrid Work: What Employees and Leaders Really Think Our ongoing research into hybrid working is revealing fascinating insights: 📊 Employee Preferences: 82% of employees say that spending two days or fewer in the office is their sweet spot. The tipping point where in-office days start to feel like a de-motivator varies: 37.5% at 3 days 37.5% at 4 days 12.5% at 5 days 12.5% say they wouldn’t mind being in the office full-time. We are exploring whether this indicates increased risks of staff turnover. 📈 Leadership Perspectives: 75% of HR leaders and MDs believe we’ll see more in-office days required over the next three years. 💡 Balancing what employees want with what businesses need is tricky. This data shows just how important it is to find the right mix. Too many in-office days might push people away, but too few might hold teams back. We’re digging deeper into this as part of our research, and we’d love to hear your thoughts. What’s your ideal work setup?
