8 learnings I’m taking from 2024, my 8th year in business 💡… Would love for you to add any others so that we can swap & share ⬇️ Here’s mine.. 👀 1. The highs will never be as high as you think and the lows will never be as low 2. Making tough decisions won’t get easier but will be worth it 3. Business doesn’t get easier, it just gets different. It’s not a bad thing, it means you care and it’s challenging but it’s never an easy ride. 4. Hire brilliant people to have around you but don’t let it drown out your inherent gut and opinion on things 5. Dont get too distracted by newness and focus on the core - that is your bread and butter and how it started. 6. Whatever you decide make sure it’s fair and that way you’ll know it’s the right thing to do. 7. Enjoy the moments because you’ll never get this time back again and your work crew are such a big part of your life! 8. I’m feeling more energetic and excited than ever at the journey we’re on 🚀 Ready for 2025 🙏😍

We turned on the festivities in the office for Kids’ Christmas Day! 💗 Santa stopped by, and the space was filled with laughter, treats, and holiday magic as our team’s little ones joined the fun. A wonderful way to kickstart the season! Happy Holidays to all! 🎁

Last week, we hit a major milestone with the opening of our biggest-ever Sculpted by Aimee serviced counter in the iconic Arnotts Brown Thomas store! 💗 We’ve loved seeing so many of you already, and we can’t wait to welcome even more of our amazing community. A little trip down memory lane over the weekend… 2017 -> 2024👀 Sculpted by Aimee 🩷 2017 - I launched a small counter unit into Arnotts with 2 products on it. Sales were… ok. I was very nervous but so excited! Fast forward 7 years 2024 -> We launch our biggest counter within a department store to date. Packed with our best sellers and come out #1 ranked for the weekend in sales 🥇 Learning? It’s all a journey. Never easy.. but most importantly never give up. It’s a constant compound of hard work and graft along with a superstar team ✨👏🏼

We are incredibly proud to have won the Elevation Company of the Year Award at the Business & Finance Media Group Awards last week! 🏆 This achievement is a huge boost for our scaling team, here’s to continuing to inspire, innovate, and grow together!✨ #TeamSculpted  #BandFAwards
