Last night week, we had the pleasure of teaming up with dmg media Ireland Evoke to host their Christmas party at Saba, and what a night it was! With an amazing guest list of Ireland's top media agencies, journalists, editors, influencers, and even some familiar faces including the Lord Mayor of Dublin Cllr James Geoghegan as well as actress Jenny Dixon, sports star @StephanieRoche and host Andrea Gilligan among others. Guests were welcomed with a Moët & Chandon Champagne reception and indulged in Chef Yo’s delicious creations, including Tiger Prawn Bombes with pomegranate and mango, Sai Ua, a traditional Thai sausage with green chili dip, and Spicy Tofu Popcorn. Our bartenders kept the party flowing with seasonal cocktails like the Belvedere Vodka-based ‘Elf on the Shelf’ and Slane Whiskey’s ‘Let it Sloe’.
