PUNCH is delighted to report on the progress of the 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗜𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗯𝘂𝗷𝗮, 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮. This concrete framed building with external steel walkways and brise soleil façade is nearing completion. The chancery building will consist of a 900m² four storey building including accommodation for meeting rooms, office space, an archive and an expo space which will service the head of missions and visa office for the Department of Foreign Affairs. PUNCH has provided Civil & Structural Engineering, PSDP and Assigned Certifier Services on the project.

We are delighted to announce the beginning of a transformative €52 million investment programme to elevate our Main Arena at the RDS! This regeneration project includes the construction of a new Anglesea Stand and updates to the Grandstand which will be the location for new dressing rooms and player’s tunnel. Our goal is to further enhance this historic venue to meet the evolving needs of Ireland’s sporting and entertainment communities, underpinned by values of inclusivity, sustainability and excellence. With support from the Large-Scale Sport Infrastructure Fund (LSSIF), this project marks an exciting new chapter for the RDS. Highlights: - New Anglesea Stand: 6,775-capacity for an elevated spectator experience. - Grandstand Upgrades: Enhanced facilities for top-tier events. “As the home of the Dublin Horse Show and Leinster Rugby, this is an exciting time for the RDS,” says Liam Kavanagh, RDS Chief Executive. PUNCH is proud to have provided civil, structural and traffic engineering services to obtain planning permission for the redevelopment of the Maxol Service Station at Longmile Road, Dublin. The development includes the extension to the service station building and site to provide for retained fuel service areas, modified car wash facilities, electric vehicle charging, retail and restaurant area.
