    We stand with Ukraine 🇺🇦

As a founder, I`m bombarded with decisions. Especially when hiring a developer for my project. Here`s my 4-question framework to cut through the noise ⏬ I ask myself: 🎤 WHO do I need? 🎤 WHAT salary can I offer? 🎤 HOW MUCH time am I ready to spend on the search? 🎤 WHICH method of hiring is the most comfortable for me? (outsourcing, nearshoring, outstaffing, etc.) Answering these questions helps me to make the right decision, save time and costs and focus on essential founder`s tasks 👌 As a business owner who is always busy, I learned one important lesson: time ⌛ is the most valuable thing. We should spend time with loved ones as often as we can. That`s why it`s so important to choose the hiring method wisely. Not sure how to hire a developer for your company? DM me and I`ll show you the way 🤗 P.S. What helps you to make the right decision? #hiring #hiringdeveloper #SoftwareDevelopment #outsourcing #nearshoring #outstaffing

According to dictionary.cambridge.org, a Job Hopper is someone who changes their job very often. These couple of years we hear this term too often and almost often from a negative perspective. But is it really so bad to deal with such kind of person especially in Software Development? 🤔 Let`s think together! 📢 First of all, you should not refuse the candidate only because he/she changed jobs quite often. Why? Because if you do, you may lose an experienced expert who could bring fresh ideas to your project and make it much better for customers. So, this is your chance to find a diamond, do not lose it. 📢 Next, adaptivity and flexibility. A candidate who has worked in different environments and with different people has such traits and brings them to your table. Job hopper perfectly knows what stress and challenges are so easier go through them. 📢 Another reason is rapid and endless learning. Job Hoppers like to change jobs when there is no new knowledge and they feel stuck. If you can give it to him/her - you`ll get the most unique and skilled talent in your team. And here is some advice from Talmatic which can change your hiring process for better - hire people for perspective. Remember that there were times when nobody knew who is Steve Jobs. P.S. Technology doesn`t stand still and every day we hear new and new innovations. A thing that was impossible and far from reality has already become our present. And it`s thanks to Software Development. What is the most interesting invention for you in Software Development in recent years? Maybe AI or Virtual Reality? Or maybe Robotics Progression or IoT? All the inventions above ⬆ are mind-blowing but what about drones? Since mankind invented them their quality and “superpowers” have risen every day. What do you know about drones? 🤔 Wikipedia, the Free Encyclopedia says that a manned aerial vehicle (UAV), commonly known as a drone, is an aircraft without any human pilot, crew, or passengers on board. UAVs were originally developed through the 20th century for military missions too "dull, dirty or dangerous"for humans. But nowadays, drones are used in almost all areas of human lives: agriculture, home security, environmental monitoring, search and rescue operations, public safety, photography, delivery and others. Many companies are specialized in creating different drones for different purposes. And a developer who knows how to create them. And here Talmatic can help you 🤗 - we specialize in finding the right devs for your project. So, if you need such kind of help - let us know! 😉 And while you write us a message - we`ve got little-to-know facts about this incredible invention - 💁♂️ the drone. 💡 Nikola Tesla is tangent to drone`s invention. He pioneered a method for the remote control of devices. 💡 The first military drone, the Predator, targeted a terrorist - Osama Bin Laden. 💡 The first prototype of a military drone was …a ballon. For example, an incendiary balloon (or balloon bomb) was used by the Austrian Army in 1849 to capture Venice. 💡 Australia was the first country which introduced legislation covering unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and also experienced Google drone food delivery in 2019. 💡 The DHD D-1 drone is the smallest. Its diameter is 1 and ¼ inches – 3.175 CM and height - 3/4th of an inch – 1.905 CM. 💡 There`s The Drone Racing League (DRL) where the best drone pilots in the world fly drones and their fans watch it on different channels like YouTube. 💡 There is a program in Africa and Asia that uses drones to help catch poachers. P.S. What fact about drones is the most surprising 😲 for you? #drone #dronesoftware #hiringdeveloper #remotework
