Architects in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. Our Goal is to lead all aspects of your project for you, allowing you to love the experience you will have when building your home. MORE Architecture Ltd.'s projects to date have been restorations and new builds. One-off houses to multi-unit developments of up to 30 units. We specialise in leading the project as the lead architect and organising all other elements so our clients have one point of contact. We do this because, we are professionals, we are trained and experiecned at running construction projects. We have a great team around us of third party professionals who do amazing work and are punctual. As a result, our clients have to take on a lot less of the organisating and reduces their stress all round. Which leaving our clients free to realy enjoy the process of building their home how they want it. We like to only work with people our really understand the importance of a well organised project and who want to leave a lasting impression for years to come. As an architectural practice based in Mullingar, we were delighted to see the Canal Avenue Regeneration Masterplan Mullingar, presented to members of the Mullingar Municipal District by Westmeath County Council’s Executive Planner. Over the years we have recognised the need and importance of a regeneration masterplan for Mullingar town centre, to combat against stagnation of this town. We see and understand the councillors concerns and agree with them in principle but we also agree with the Planning Authorities concept proposal to regenerate the outlined area. Of course there are many complexities when it comes to a plan like this but for us, we recognise that what is being presented is simply the concept masterplan. This plan will be refined during coming processes, the points raised by the councillors can be hashed out and solutions can be proposed. The masterplan will need to be refined to best suit the needs of Mullingar but it was heartwarming to see such a master plan is being initiated by WCC.
