While most of us were shaking off the ‘Monday blues,’ our NYC team decided to rise above it - literally! The team spent the morning at Rockefeller’s Top of the Rock observation deck, enjoying breathtaking views and celebrating the incredible work we’re doing together. Linesight is proud to have played a key role in the redevelopment of this iconic NYC landmark, providing cost management services for Tishman Speyer. The newly renovated observation deck is now complete with standout attractions like the Skylift, Beam, Weather Room, and Mezzanine Theatre, each element showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship and dedication that went into this project. This project reflects our team’s dedication to delivering excellence, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to see it come to life. Who doesn’t love a Linesight branded macaron! There’s been laughter, great food, and incredible conversations as Linesight offices across the APAC region in Mumbai, Taipei, Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne have welcomed valued clients to celebrate 50 years in construction consultancy. Alongside similar celebrations in Europe and America, the parties have been a chance to celebrate and acknowledge the collaborative relationships we have that drive joint project and business successes. A number of the events had Linesight business leads in attendance, with Paul Boylan attending the Melbourne event, and John Butler attending both the Mumbai and Singapore events.

Wondering about the key trends and challenges shaping the construction industry across North America?   The outlook for the construction sector in 2025 remains promising, driven by key opportunities and resilience against emerging challenges. The SCSI Fellowship represents a prestigious award amongst an esteemed group of property, land and construction professionals, who are major achievers in their careers. Congratulations, Tony, on this well-deserved achievement, and thank you for your continued dedication to the profession!

Linesight was proud to support the construction of Dublin Simon Community Ushers Island, a 100-bed health and addiction care facility. Our project team supplied cost management services for this six-floor, 5,900 sq.m. project. This new facility is the first of its kind in Ireland, and includes residential recovery units, counselling services, treatment and recovery programs, aftercare support, nursing care. What really sets this project apart is its high-quality finishes and furnishings, creating a warm, non-institutional environment—an essential element in fostering healing and recovery. We’re especially proud to be a part of a project that will not only have a meaningful impact on the community but will alleviate pressure on public hospitals.
