About us
Feed Our Homeless was established in January 2017 by Tony Walsh and Natasha Morgan. The organisation is dedicated to making a difference to the lives of people who are affected by homelessness and those who are marginalised in society. With lived experiences of poverty, homelessness and addiction, Tony and Natasha understand the daily struggles people can face. The original name chosen, Feed Our Homeless, is arguably narrowly focused and a range of services is currently provided. At the heart of what we do, the organisation encourages people to regain agency in their lives and once again become productive members of society.

🌟 A Tree of Light, Love, and Hope 🌟 This Thursday 28th, at 6 PM, we will gather at the DCC offices, Mellowes road, for the annual tree lighting ceremony. This year, the tree takes on a profound purpose: not only does it represent the Christmas season of joy, love and giving, it will stand as a symbol of remembrance for those we have lost to addiction and a celebration of the strength found in recovery. Not only the individuals journey of recovery but the whole family. Addiction can have a ripple effect, touching not just the individual but also their loved ones, friends and the community. But so can recovery. Recovery creates a different kind of ripple - a wave of hope, healing and strength. Both addiction and recovery show us the power of human connection - but it’s through recovery that we truly see how resilience and love can uplift entire communities. As part of this event, Feed Our Homeless will be hosting an opportunity to personalize ornaments. You are invited to write a loved one’s name or share a message of hope, which will then be placed on the tree. These ornaments will become a beautiful testament to love, loss, and resilience within our community. And as we light the tree, we reflect on its deeper meaning: We will gather to light a tree that carries the weight of our love and the brilliance of our hope. Each ornament holds a story—of lives lost to addiction, of the strength found in recovery, and of the unyielding bond of a community that remembers and believes. This tree glows with dual purpose: to honor those we’ve lost and to celebrate those who continue to rise. It reminds us that while addiction steals, recovery heals. Even in the darkness, light prevails. Together, we reflect on the past, embrace the present, and hold hope for the future. In loss and in resilience, this tree unites us all. ✨❤️ We would love for you to join us and be part of this meaningful evening as we shine a light on remembrance, hope, and healing. 🕯️ Date: Thursday 28th 🕯️ Time: 6 PM 🕯️ Location: DCC Offices, Mellowes Road, Finglas. #TreeOfHope #LightLoveHope #RememberAndCelebrate #CommunityHealing #RecoveryJourney

Thank you to Garrick from @lovebuttonorg for an incredible two days filled with gratitude, laughter and a fantastic group of volunteers. And thank you to the incredible #Coldplay 🙏🏼 As a non funded organization, we rely heavily on the generosity of volunteers to help us achieve our daily tasks- many of which would take us a week to complete but are accomplished in just a day or two with a large group. We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with #LoveButton, #Coldplay and for the chance to connect with such wonderful people over the past two days. A special thank you to all the volunteers who generously donated their time and energy to support our mission. Your commitment and support are invaluable to us. Thank you again, Garrick, and #LoveButton! ❤️ #FOH #Coldplay #GiveBack #BeSomeonesVoice

We are still celebrating the success of our first ever Pop-Up shop. It was an extraordinary day, and we extend sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed. To those who donated raffle prizes, volunteered their time, provided us with space, and the services that offered their support, your involvement was invaluable. This event truly demonstrated the power of community collaboration. While we may have conceived and organized the event, it was a collective effort that made it possible. Thank you all for your support! 💙🙏🏼 #FOH #PopUpShop #CommunityDay #Community

📸 Well done to Feed Our Homeless who ran a successful community pop-up shop event in Dublin on July 19th! Our Senior HR Business Partner Cara McGillivray and her 12-year-old daughter, Elise, took part in a career fair to help inspire the youth of the future. They were joined by other volunteers helping out from Mastercard, Microsoft, and Flyefit. 🎁👚 This event saw a huge clothes and toys drive, including contributions collected by our own team going to families in need. A big thank you to everyone who participated and supported this important cause! #FeedOurHomeless #CharityEvent #CommunitySupport #GivingBack

Thank you all so much again for your support. Mastercard employees have went above and beyond for our charity and we’re sincerely grateful 🙏🏼💙
Last week, I had the pleasure of volunteering to support the Feed Our Homeless non-profit organization, all thanks to Mastercard! I am truly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a meaningful cause and to work alongside my colleagues who are dedicated to making a difference. Many less fortunate individuals require support and a helping hand, and I am proud to be part of an organization like Mastercard that prioritizes community impact and assists those in need.

📢 Exciting News! 📢 And another surprise we've been keeping – Mastercard staff are supporting our pop-up shop and community event! Gareth G., Zoe, and the entire Mastercard team have been invaluable to our charity for nearly two years, and our warehouse volunteers especially are extremely grateful 😉 The Mastercard team will be on-site all day to assist with our Pop-Up shop and to answer any questions students or potential employees may have about what it’s like to work for a global organization and being part of the Mastercard team. Thank you, Mastercard, for believing in our mission and supporting our cause! 💖 #Mastercard #PopUpShop #CharitySupport #CommunityImpact #GlobalOpportunities

A few weeks ago, we received a very generous donation from an anonymous donor, accompanied by a heartfelt letter about their beautiful daughter, Louise. They requested a tree be planted in her memory. Today, we’re honored to share a Tree Planting Certificate in Louise’s name. We’re deeply touched by this gesture and wish we had the chance to meet Louise, as she sounded truly amazing. If the family who sent the donation wishes to contact us, we’d love to send you the certificate. Private visits to the tree can also be arranged by appointment through Irish Trees. (Details can be provided) Thank you for choosing to support us in Louise’s memory. May she rest in peace. 🌳❤️
