As the year draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to reflect on everything we’ve accomplished at COREX. Staying true to our mission of Connecting Pharma and Patients, we rely on tools like INSIGHT to keep us on track and ensure we’re always moving in the right direction. By helping us collect and analyze data, INSIGHT has given us a clearer understanding of our performance, enabling us to fine-tune workflows and maintain the highest quality standards. Here’s what we achieved in 2024, thanks to the support of INSIGHT: • We handled 3̳8̳7̳ requests, completing and closing 3̳2̳3̳ of them successfully. • We made 1̳5̳7̳ corrections to enhance processes. • We formalized and documented 3̳1̳ previously undefined processes. • We developed 2̳8̳ new processes to support our operations. • We improved 2̳7̳ existing processes to increase efficiency. • We conducted 2̳5̳ training sessions to strengthen our team’s skills. I truly appreciate the professional and genuinely pleasant community that LinkedIn has fostered. It's no joke that the number of congratulatory and supportive messages on different occasions here often surpasses those on Facebook at least in my case – that's what it means to spend most time of your life at work😁. With that in mind, I am excited to share some recent changes in my career journey. After a successful 10-year career at Corex, I've made the challenging yet fulfilling decision to shift my focus from heading Sourcing Department in the direction of more project-oriented tasks and change my workload at least for some time (anyone who has worked in the supply sector for a decade or so will definitely understand me 🤓). I am thrilled to continue my journey with Corex as a Company consultant by managing and assisting in further development of key projects that are vital to the company and fascinating to me personally. These include automation, vendor management, quality system development, and further strengthening and expanding of our sourcing strategy. I believe that all the experience and skills I’ve accumulated in this field will significantly advance these initiatives and also provide me with countless opportunities to learn along the way. I take immense pride in what we've already accomplished together, building much from scratch, and looking back, it feels like we launched a spaceship. I'm proud of the team we've built and the accomplishments we've achieved together. I am certain that even greater things lie ahead. The general leadership of our brilliant (will dare to say as it is) Sourcing division was entrusted to Tiff Penticost-Crick, and I am confident that she will guide the team to even greater success. I am certain that with her strategic mindset and leadership skills, we will achieve remarkable results and more. Meanwhile, I am deeply grateful to the entire Corex team and especially to Andrey Tarakanov, MD, MBA and Steve Healy for supporting employees in exploring new directions, developing, following their aspirations, taking pauses, and moving forward at their own pace.
