Had a blast bringing BrigaidNet to London on Monday. We had the pleasure of representing Enactus UCD as a top 5 finalist in the Enactus UK & Ireland SAP #tech4good competition at ExCelL London. Enactus is a global organisation that helps university students to use entrepreneurship to create impactful projects on a very sustainable and community powerment. The organisation has grown to where over 500,000 students participate in 1700 teams over a span of 33 countries, impacting 13.1 million lives. BrigaidNet is an affordable, decentralised telecom infrastructure project that provides connectivity to underserved communities and disaster stricken areas. It's progress since we started the project in February has been amazing and its all thanks to my team members. I was delighted to present BrigaidNet with Bastien Saidi and Yang(Tiffany) F.. We competed with other phenomenal and innovative teams throughout both Ireland and the UK. A huge thank you to the judges from SAP and the organisers from Enactus and every other wonderful person working behind the scenes. The biggest thank you to Iva Sharma. Without any of your continuous support and help to us and our project, we would not have been able to get as far as we have now. Your support has been incredible and we hope that you continue to aid us. Congratulations to the Tech4Good winner, Nitelight, led by Seán Breen at Enactus TU Dublin. It's a brilliant project and I'm excited to see its growth. Congratulations to the overall Action4Impact winner, Enactus Southampton WonkyBowl. It was a pleasure meeting all of you and all the very best to your future.

After a long year and meticulous preparation, we are delighted to announce that the Irish Student Entrepreneurship Forum (ISEF) had its most successful year to date! I'm still on cloud nine after the incredible experience last week of the Irish Student Entrepreneurship Forum (ISEF) 2024 Grand Final! BrigaidNet was honoured to take home 3rd place amongst such innovative and inspiring student startups. The past few months have been charged with growth and learning, thanks to the workshops and engagements with Dogpatch Labs, Goodbody, Atlantic Bridge, Scale Ireland and CFO Services Ireland. Participating at this level was an amazing experience. A heartfelt thank you to Jack Pierse for presenting the award and a shoutout to MARC and Frensei for clinching 1st and 2nd places respectively. Your ideas are brilliant, and best of luck in the future. Special thanks to Hugo Norris and the rest of the ISEF team for making this event happen. Student Start-ups: The confidence and conviction shown by each of the start-up founders / members was incredible. This cohort have great solutions, a lot of time on their side and a great launch pad.
