We are thrilled to announce that several of our talented Allegion (New Zealand) Limited teammates have successfully completed an intensive 8-week program with Speak Confidently . This journey has been nothing short of transformative, and we couldn't be prouder of their dedication and progress! Allegion New Zealand has collaborated with Speak Confidently to conduct this course annually over the past five years for new joiners. We greatly value the confidence it instills in them, as it allows them to excel in their roles and bring out their best selves in the workplace. Over the course of the programme, our colleagues engaged in a variety of activities designed to enhance their communication skills, including: • Public Speaking Workshops: Learning the nuances of effective public speaking and presentation skills • Confidence Building Exercises: Techniques to boost self-assurance and reduce anxiety in front of an audience via impromptu speeches • Feedback and Reflection: Constructive feedback sessions that allowed for personal growth and improvement • Interactive Sessions: Opportunities to practice speaking in front of peers and receive real-time feedback • Storytelling Techniques: Understanding the power of storytelling to connect and engage with audiences Congratulations to all the participants for their hard work and dedication.
