Ellex Raidla Tehinguradar 2024📈 Tehinguturu analüüsi kohaselt kasvas küll Eestis aastaga tehtud tehingute arv 137-lt 173-le, kuid Baltikumi aktsiaturul võttis esmaemissioonide arvu poolest liidrikoha Läti. 2024. aastal registreeriti Eestis kokku 173 tehingut, mis jagunesid järgmiselt: ▪️ 67 riskikapitali ja tehnoloogia valdkonna tehingut; ▪️ 13 suuremahulist kinnisvaratehingut; ▪️ 7 emissiooni (sh börsivälised); ▪️ 86 traditsioonilist ülevõtmise ja omandamise (M&A) tehingut. Teise poolaasta tehingute arv oli kokku 78, kolmandas kvartalis 49 ja neljandas 29 tehingut. 2025. aastaks ennustab analüüs Eesti tehinguturu mõningast elavnemist ning investorite huvi kasvu. Swedbank has signed an agreement with Euronet to sell its ATM assets and outsource ATM services across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania!🏦➡️🤝 Under this partnership, Euronet will take over Swedbank's 1,141 ATMs across the region, including cash withdrawal and deposit/recycling machines. The transition to Euronet's state-of-the-art Ren payments processing platform will begin in fall 2025, ensuring a seamless experience for Swedbank customers. The conference business has gained even greater strategic importance within Delfi’s portfolio of activities. UAB Delfi in Lithuania acquired the EBIT and HR Week conferences in Lithuania and Latvia. ✨ Delfi.lt CEO Vytautas Benokraitis states that the expansion of conference content is a strategic and well-considered decision: ” Now, we aim to explore other event formats by offering events focused on specific topics and business audiences. Strengthening the company’s position in the conference market diversifies revenue streams, ensuring more sustainable growth for Delfi in Lithuania and the entire corporate group.” Delfi, together with Ekspress Grupp, also plans further expansion in the conference business. Recently, Delfi Eesti acquired a training business in Estonia. The buyer, Delfi, was represented throughout the entire transaction process by the law firm Ellex Legal.
