According to a Global Data Report, the UAE’s construction market reached a value of USD 93 billion in 2023 and is projected to maintain an average annual growth rate (AAGR) exceeding 3% from 2025 to 2028. Similarly, Saudi Arabia’s market was valued at $133.1 billion in 2022 and is poised to witness an AAGR surpassing 4% from 2024 to 2027.
