We're here to help & tell you what we want to see on your CV, so we can get your profile out to the market ASAP! ✨ Include your billings ✨ Who your clients were (industries etc.) ✨ Roles you placed / worked on ✨ Include your acheivements - any awards, lunch clubs, incentives you've hit etc. ✨ Where did your clients come from - own BD or house accounts? ✨ Contract recruiters - average margin, WBV, number of contractors, where your book was at its peak Dubai is very competitive at the moment, especially if you're relocating so make sure all those details are included on your CV! Rachel's top tips for recruiters moving to Dubai 🇦🇪 1. Commission over salary 2. Have some money saved up 3. Use unfiltered rec (obviously) 4. Try not to party too much when you move over & focus on work 5. Immediate to-do list when you land (stamp, SIM, download apps) 6. We've started the week right at unfiltered rec ✨ Yoga & Ice Bath first thing on a Monday for me and Rachel! 🧘♀️ With the weather getting hotter and not being able to go outside, PLUS we've been working late A LOT lately, we tried to think of ways to energise ourselves & set up for a successful day. Ice bath and yoga won this week, but we're open to suggestions for next Monday! Any ideas on what else we can do?
