We are delighted to announce that our leading Real Estate Asset Management business GSA - Global Student Accommodation have entered into a joint venture agreement with Nuveen, a TIAA company, on behalf of its parent company TIAA, and signed an agreement to acquire the YouFirst Campus portfolio in France from Gecina. Upon completion, our Global Student Housing Brand and Operator Yugo, will operate the spaces delivering scope for operational efficiencies and a world leading student experience. This strategic partnership represents a new institutional relationship for our group while entering a new market and expanding our global footprint of over 3,600 beds across 18 operational assets in Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Marseille and Paris, and 4 development sites.
