👏 #TodayAtLHoFT is the last day of Maxim, who joined us in October for a three-month internship, contributing his great ideas for the Ecosystem projects. Max worked for the Educational & Talent branch notably in Fintech Recruits Event and with Luca Mancuso in the Ecosystem team to support our members. Max brought incredible energy to the office every day, brightening our workplace with his positivity and enthusiasm. Alongside his interest in the Luxembourg Fintech Ecosystem, Maxim recently completed his degree in Mathematics and minor in Computer Science in Munich. #WomenInFintech 1st Edition: A wrap-up of our journey to close the gender gap in Luxembourg's financial and technological industries. 🔑 25 talented women took a leap and joined our program, eager to learn, grow, and make their mark on the fintech world. 🌱 30+ mentors from across the industry dedicated their time and expertise, guiding the cohort with passion and purpose. 🕒 Over 5 months, we delivered 40+ sessions of masterclasses, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring, fostering a supportive community where women could thrive.
