W tym tygodniu miałem przyjemność uczestniczyć w Kongresie Obligacji Korporacyjnych CEETA oraz spotkać ekspertów z rynku emisji i obrotu obligacjami przedsiębiorstw. Cennym elementem w kontekście mojej roli managera departamentu emisji w Q Securities była wymiana wiedzy w zakresie aktualności prawnych na rynku obligacji korporacyjnych, możliwych formach zabezpieczania obligacji oraz ukazanie praktycznego podejścia do analizy kredytowej emitenta obligacji. To były napakowane wiedzą dwa dni, a także doskonała okazja do networkingu, nie wspominając o wyjątkowych wnętrzach Hotelu Bristol. #obligacjekorporacyjne #emisjaobligacji #learn&network EN I had the pleasure of participating in the Corporate Bond Congress @CEETA in Warsaw this week and meeting with experts from the corporate bond issuance and trading market. A valuable aspect, given my role as the issuance department manager at @Q Securities, was the knowledge exchange on current legal developments in the corporate bond market, possible forms of bond collateral, and showcasing a practical approach to the credit analysis of bond issuers. The ALFI London 🇬🇧 event may have taken place a few weeks ago, but the insights and engaging discussions are still fresh in our minds. The event provided an excellent platform for in-depth dialogue on some of the most critical trends shaping our industry today, including macroeconomic outlook, evolving fundraising trends, private asset strategies, and the latest regulatory updates. [ 🇵🇱 below] At Q, we strongly believe in giving back to our community. Several of us recently took part in an initiative to support the Fundacja Azylu pod Psim Aniołem (psianiol.org.pl). Our volunteers - Martyna Królikowska, Piotr Tomasik, Dawid Stasiak, Aleksandra Półtorak, Maja Pawłowska, Katarzyna Pawłowska, Tomasz Mazurek, DI, MPW, and Katarzyna Szleszyńska - walked the dogs and heard their sad stories. We had so much fun spending time with 🐶 Kokos, Hasta, Cygaro, Zuma, and Lucky. One of the dogs has since been adopted—hopefully, our visit brought him a little extra luck! 😊 We also initiated a fundraiser - QPaka dla Psiaka i Kociaka (Q Pack for Dogs and Cats) and with the raised funds we bought high-quality food, toys, and other essential items for the animals. We donated a portion of the collected goods to shelters in the southwestern part of Poland, an area recently devastated by severe flooding. We’re proud to have been able to help those affected. This was our first such initiative, but definitely not our last! #givingback #volunteering *** W Q, mocno wierzymy w ideę wspierania naszej społeczności. Kilkoro z nas niedawno wzięło udział w inicjatywie wspierającej Fundację Azylu pod Psim Aniołem (psianiol.org.pl). Mieliśmy mnóstwo frajdy spędzając czas z 🐕 Kokosem, Hastą, Cygaro, Zumą i Lucky. Jeden z psów został od tego czasu adoptowany – mamy nadzieję, że nasza wizyta przyniosła mu trochę dodatkowego szczęścia! 😊 Zainicjowaliśmy także zbiórkę - QPaka dla Psiaka i Kociaka, a za zebrane środki zakupiliśmy wysokiej jakości karmę, zabawki i inne niezbędne artykuły dla zwierząt. Część zebranych darów przekazaliśmy do schronisk w południowo-zachodniej Polsce, obszarze dotkniętym przez powodzie. Jesteśmy dumni, że mogliśmy pomóc tym, którzy ucierpieli. To była nasza pierwsza taka inicjatywa, ale na pewno nie ostatnia! #pomagamy #wolontariat
