  • We are pleased to announce that Optimum German Real Estate Fund IV (“GREF IV”) is now categorized under Article 8 of the SFDR, upgrading from its previous categorization under Article 6. This reflects the environmental and social characteristics that GREF IV will promote.    GREF IV targets residential, office and mixed-use spaces in high growth, supply constrained cities such as Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne. It has consistently taken a conscientious approach in its asset development and refurbishment programs, resulting in improved environmental and social characteristics, combined with enhanced monitoring capabilities.     We Build…® Life Sciences JC&A recently partnered with Redgate, Ci Design, Inc., Avid Engineers, Optimum Asset Management S.A. and AEW to redevelop 14-16 Oak Park in Bedford, MA into a sophisticated 168,000 SF research and lab facility known as Riverwalk Labs. In addition to the 80,000 SF floor plates easily demised into +/- 20K SF lab/office clusters, Riverwalk Labs offers a café with lounge, conference center, outdoor terrace, fitness center with locker rooms and showers, and a brand new pickleball and basketball court. “We are proud to have played a key role in the successful completion of this transformative venture. The collaborative efforts of the entire project team have resulted in a state-of-the-art life sciences and manufacturing facility that sets a new standard for innovation and excellence in construction,” said Chet Braun, JC&A Partner and Project Executive. “Riverwalk Labs is a testament to the forward-thinking vision of Redgate, Optimum Asset Management, and AEW.
