#Throwback to our Milan International Seminar & our collaboration with SDA Bocconi. 1. We had the pleasure of returning to Milan to co-host our PE Seminar with AIFI - Associazione Italiana Private Equity, Venture Capital e Private Debt & Baker McKenzie Italia. During the event, we explored Luxembourg PE structures, accessing LPs through the Grand Duchy, fundraising, retailisation, multi-asset investment strategies, and shared insights from Italian GPs leveraging Luxembourg fund structures.
