Across our network, colleagues and partners joined forces to spread joy and hope, making a positive impact in our communities. Here’s how we made a difference: OTP Bank, Moldova ✨ The #IAmSanta campaign, now in its fifth year, brought holiday cheer to over 200 vulnerable families, including children with special needs from Concordia Proiecte Sociale centers, with the support of OTP Bank employees. ✨ Partnering with AO Sunshine, 80 children with disabilities and Down Syndrome will enjoy a memorable Christmas party. ✨ The Zimbru - OTP Christmas Football Cup will delight 100 school children in the capital with the spirit of sport and competition. CKB bank, Montenegro ✨ Charity Week raised donations for children without parental care, spreading smiles this Christmas. ✨ A partnership agreement with the Montenegrin Red Cross ensures continued support in 2025. ✨ A ballet performance and festive gifts for employees’ children brought holiday magic to families. Hungary ✨ OTP Bank Magyarország employees came together to support families and kindergartens with food, gifts, toys, and development equipment. ✨ Partners like the OTP Fáy Foundation, its partner schools, and the Humanitas Social Foundation played key roles in this year’s initiatives. Bulgaria ✨ DSK Bank organized three charity bazaars with SOS Children’s Villages, raising 4,777 BGN for handmade Christmas gifts. ✨ Employees’ fundraising efforts exceeded expectations, collecting 8,963 BGN to bring joy to underprivileged children. Croatia ✨ In partnership with the Marin Čilić Foundation, OTP banka Hrvatska donated €6,000 to equip a physics lab at Vukovar High School and awarded 12 scholarships, each worth €3,600 annually, to children without parental care. ✨ Blood donation drives across four cities collected 346 units of blood, saving over 1,000 lives. ✨ Support for SOS Children’s Village in Lekenik included donations and volunteer work. ✨ Through the OTP Zaokruži Program with Mastercard, they continued funding hospital support in Pula and Split. ✨ Their dedication earned the Volunteer Oscar on International Volunteer Day. Slovenia ✨ OTP banka, Slovenija employees prepared nearly 200 gift packages for children aged 7–18 living in youth homes. These gifts, including USB drives, nightlights, swimming pool tickets, and surprises, symbolize care and belonging. 🌍 OTP Group’s Card Acceptance Forum: Fostering Growth Across Borders OTP Bank Magyarország organized the first Card Acceptance Summit in Budapest, attended by eight members of the Group.  The event aimed to share this year's achievements and 2025 targets, while also strengthening networking to drive growth within our group. 🌐🤝 Peter Bese, Merchant Service Tribe Lead, kicked off the forum by presenting OTP Group’s 2024 performance in card acceptance. Among them partners who were financed by the bank not only in Hungary but also in other countries of OTP Group. The guests were welcomed by Dr. Miklós Németh Managing Director of OTP Bank's Special Financing Directorate, then Wolf László Deputy CEO of OTP Bank Plc. assessed this year from the perspective of the European economy. Regarding the bank’s corporate loan portfolio, it was mentioned: 👉The bank's corporate loan portfolio is growing by 6-7% per year, and its quality is excellent. 👉The 50-60% of projects already come from abroad. 👉 OTP Bank’s commitment to green financing is unwavering.
