Innovative Round Sealing with watttron Technology at Our Open-House Exhibition!   We’d like to thank GRUNWALD GMBH for their fantastic demonstration of round sealing using watttron’s advanced technology at our Open House exhibition, shown on their amazing machine, which they specifically brought along for the presentation. The presentation showcased how precise heat control can be achieved with our system, enabling highly efficient and reliable sealing processes for packaging.   The round sealing process is a crucial part of many production lines, and Grunwald’s application of watttron technology ensures consistent quality, even for complex packaging designs. By optimizing heat distribution, the sealing process becomes more energy-efficient, while minimizing material waste and reducing the risk of defects. In addition, we introduced our In-Line Quality Control system, which monitors the production process in real-time. This system ensures that any potential issues are detected early, allowing for immediate corrections and preventing costly errors. It’s a critical tool for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in manufacturing.
