This year was extraordinary for us mates – our first company-wide Christmas celebration under our new brand, and what a night it was: Rocking our first teamative christmas party in Bratislava! 🎉 With the theme "Rock Night", nearly 200 colleagues from 6 different countries converged in a stunning industrial hall in Bratislava, dressed in rock-inspired outfits and band shirts. 🤘 The evening kicked off with a welcome drink, followed by a retrospective from our leadership team. Erik, Moritz, and Reinhard reflected on a challenging year of transformation – our transition to teamative was no small feat, but we conquered it together. The entertainment was nothing short of epic. We were blown away by two phenomenal Slovak bands: 🎤 Iné Kafe, a legendary Pop-Punk band from Bratislava, who totally energized the crowd 🎸 An incredible Queen tribute band that brought the house down And because we know how to have fun, we added some rock-themed extras: rock-themed stick-on tattoos, an AI photo booth and some awesome giveaways. 📸 We want to thank Lucia and Milan for the organization of this phenomenal event. Neues Jahr – neues Gesicht! 😊 Okay, nicht ganz so neu, aber trotzdem seit über fünf Monaten an Board bei Stingel Consulting: Wladimir unterstützt uns seit September letzten Jahres im Bereich Recruiting. Er hat den Umzug vom Norden in den Süden vollzogen – genauer gesagt von Hamburg nach Stuttgart. Dabei fühlt er sich sowohl in seiner neuen Stadt als auch innerhalb unseres Unternehmens äußerst wohl. Sein beruflicher Weg begann aber etwas früher, nämlich mit seinem Abschluss in Wirtschaftspsychologie. Dieser führte ihn erst ins Bankwesen, dann in den Personaldienstleistungsbereich. Und da blieb er auch erstmal. Jetzt hat er sein umfangreiches Wissen, Erfahrung und seine Expertise zu Stingel Consulting gebracht. In seiner Freizeit findet man Wladimir oft beim Reisen, denn er ist ein echter Reiseenthusiast 🌍: Die Auseinandersetzung mit anderen Kulturen und die Erfahrungen in einem fremden Land erweitern nämlich immer den eigenen Horizont, findet er. Zuletzt war er mehrere Monate in Nord-/Zentralamerika unterwegs. Zudem interessiert er sich für die Entwicklung von Start-ups, Erfolgsgeschichten von Unternehmen und allem, was ihn fachlich weiterbringt.
