Was besonders spannend war und meine Take-Aways sind: ✅ Der Sommer könnte wettertechnisch besser sein ✅ Retention ist nach wie vor eines der relevantesten Themen für D2C Brands ✅ Während vor einem Jahr Whatsapp Marketing noch ganz neu war und verschiedenste Use-Cases ausprobiert wurden, kristallisieren sich nun immer konkretere Cases heraus. ✅ Bei Hey Marly wird Whatsapp v.a. gezielt eingesetzt, um diejenigen anzusprechen, die nicht via E-Mail oder Push-Notifications in der App erreicht werden können (für alles andere wären die Kosten sonst schnell zu hoch) ✅ Die eigene Mobile Shopping App ist Kern der Retention Strategie.
