In FY2024, our strategy stood the test: In an economically challenging environment, Stabilus achieved revenue growth of 7.5% to €1.3 billion, with the first-time consolidation of Destaco playing a significant part in revenue growth. It is proof that Stabilus’ strategy of diversification is successful: the balanced profile allowed a solid development even in a tougher market environment. With an adjusted EBIT margin of 12.0%, Stabilus has thus fulfilled its forecast for the fiscal year. Today, Stabilus released its annual report for fiscal 2024, which ended Sept 30, 2024.   Highlights: ➡️ Revenue: €1,305.9 million (+7.5% year-on-year) in FY2024 ➡️ Adjusted EBIT: €157.1 million, with an EBIT margin of 12.0% ➡️ Adjusted Free Cash Flow: €132.8 million, significantly up from the prior year ➡️ Dividend proposal of €1.15 per share - with 40% of profit once again on upper end of the defined distribution range ➡️ Forecast FY2025: €1.3 billion to €1.45 billion in revenue; adjusted EBIT margin of 11% to 13% and adjusted free cash flow of €90 million to €140 million ➡️ Integration of Destaco is fully on track    You'll find the link to our Corporate News and the Annual Report in the comments.   #annualreport #YourMotionOurSolution #MotionControl

Solar panels that align themselves optimally and automatically with the sun to maximize energy yield - no problem with Industrial POWERISE®! 💪 Our team leader Industrial POWERISE®, Christoph Kaiser, started a call providing a creative impulse to show our electromechanical drives in action. Our colleague, Wilhelm Schwab, took the opportunity to put his own project into practice: the tilt optimization of solar panels. ☀️ His idea: solar panels that are optimally aligned with the sun in order to maximize energy yield.💡 The implementation: ➡️ Wilhelm researched control systems with sensors for sun and wind. ➡️ With technical support from Christoph's team, the necessary calculations were carried out and the appropriate components – Stabilus gas springs and Industrial POWERISE® – were selected. The team was also able to provide support with specific electrical know-how. ➡️ With clear planning and technical understanding, Wilhelm successfully implemented the project and put the system into operation. A journey through history - Stabilus trade fair appearance in the past 🕰️🔙 While exploring our archive, we came across histroric photos of our trade fair appearances, and, as you can see, our presence has visibly changed over the last few decades. 📷 Back then, simple constructions and passionately designed posters with little high-tech were the norm. Nowadays, we have impressive exhibition booths - some even with two floors - with interactive displays and modern technology. Stabilus drives innovation: With “ASPICE” to higher quality in the automotive industry 🚗💻 Stabilus has aligned internal processes with the pioneering process evaluation model for the automotive industry: ASPICE (Automotive SPICE). This model makes it possible to improve quality and efficiency in the development of software and systems along the entire product life cycle. 🔍 What makes ASPICE special? ASPICE defines and evaluates various development processes on a maturity scale from 0 to 5. With ASPICE, companies can structure their development processes, minimize risks and ensure compliance with quality standards - a decisive advantage in an industry that is increasingly characterized by complex supply chains and high safety requirements. 🌟 Our successes Stabilus has already achieved ASPICE Level 2, especially in the area of motion control software for PowerDoor applications. Our ASPICE activities started in summer 2022 and within less than two years we were able to achieve the targeted maturity level for two customer projects. An independent 3rd party assessor, together with a customer co-assessor, confirmed this success during an on-site assessment week at our headquarters in Koblenz. We are particularly proud of our dedicated engineering team, who actively contributed to the design of our processes and confidently presented the results during the assessment. Some of our first innovations include the Rivian R1T and the Lucid Air powered frunk actuators.
