Empowering Business, Unlocking Potential

Info

Sirius is a property company listed on the main and premium market of the London Stock Exchange and the main board of the JSE Limited. We are a leading owner and operator of branded business and industrial parks providing conventional space and flexible workspace in Germany and the UK. As at 31 March 2023, the Group’s portfolio comprises 70 business parks in Germany, comprising 1.8m sqm of lettable space generating €123.1m of annualised rent roll, and 70 sites throughout the UK, comprising 4.2 m sq ft (0.4m sqm) of lettable space, generating £48.5m (€55.2m) of annualised rent roll. In addition the Group manages one property, and held a 35% interest in seven additional properties, through our Titanium venture with AXA IM Alts. Our strategy centres on acquiring business parks at attractive yields and integrating them into its network of sites - both under the Sirius (in Germany) and BizSpace (in the UK) names and alongside a range of branded products. The business then seeks to reconfigure and upgrade existing and vacant space to appeal to the local market via intensive asset management and investment and may then choose to selectively refinance or dispose of assets once they meet maturity, to release capital for new investment. This active approach allows Sirius to generate attractive returns for shareholders through growing rental income, improving cost recoveries and capital values, and enhancing returns through securing efficient financing terms.
