We recently hosted our annual "Glühwein & Kekse" event – a cozy get-together where we share mulled wine (yes, that warm, spiced holiday drink 🍷) and plenty of biscuits 🍪 to celebrate the season. And wow, you showed up! You cleared out the biscuits, nearly drained the mulled wine, and filled the night with laughter and joy. 🤩 Thank you for making it such a memorable evening! 🙏✨ Warming up for the holidays together with you was an absolute highlight. YES, WE DID IT!  After months of silence, we’re back with big news: SHOWZ just won the 2025 German Design Award! Our award-winning project, "PLASTIC CYCLE", an Interactive Window Design Project, tackles ocean pollution through creativity and technology. Located in Berlin and crafted from upcycled materials, it’s designed to engage kids from the school across the street with hands-on learning. Through #AR, touch sensors, and "Tutu" the 3D turtle, we bring the ocean's story to life, showing how small actions can make a big difference. (Link to the project? Scroll to the comments.) Key highlights of our concept: - Recycled & Upcycled Design: Crafted using materials such as plastic bottles, straws, and eco-friendly paint. - Interactive Learning: Touch sensors transform visuals from polluted oceans to clean ones. - NGO Support: Within just one month, we achieved 982 interactions, directly generating donations for Sustainable Ocean Alliance. - AR Technology: Users engage with "Tutu," the 3D turtle, for an immersive ocean education experience. - Community Impact: Focused on educating children and fostering local environmental awareness. - Circular Design: Engineered for easy disassembly and reuse, ensuring sustainability beyond the project's lifespan.
