On November 29, 2024, the team from Volkswagen group Culture and DRIVE. Volkswagen Group Forum in Berlin will host a special evening blending art, technology, and innovation. As part of the Volkswagen Group's "Art x Tech" series, the event will take place within the #ICONIC exhibition’s Immersive Room. We at rethink are proud to have developed this event with the team from Volkswagen Group Culture Lars-Eric Schuldt and Benita von Maltzahn The program begins with a panel discussion titled “Navigating Immersive Space,” moderated by AC Coppens and featuring Dr. Kathrin Wilkens (Volkswagen Group), pianist Alice Sara Ott, video artist Philipp Geist, sound engineer Rainer Maillard (Studio Emil Berliner), and neuroscientist David Haslacher (Charité Berlin), exploring the sensory challenges of digital environments. Later, the room transforms into a Deutsche Grammophon Yellow Lounge, where Alice Sara Ott will perform an exclusive program reimagining classical music in a digital setting. Attendees can also experience the Gen.Urban, Volkswagen’s cutting-edge autonomous research vehicle, offering a glimpse into the future of urban mobility and immersive in-car entertainment. Doors open at 5:30 PM for this unforgettable convergence of creativity and innovation.
