The PDA D/A/CH Chapter is a non-profit affiliation of the Parenteral Drug Association. The target of the society is to connect pharmaceutical manufacturers, regulatory, suppliers, academia and young professionals within the pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical industry. The main purpose of this chapter is to provide a platform for exchange on best practices within the industry, technologies and regulations. The chapter shall encourage cooperation with regulators and other industry representative bodies to ensure harmony and alignment throughout the industry. In addition the chapter shall facilitate networking opportunities to all members within the D/A/CH region. A close exchange with the PDA Europe gGmbH will provide the memeber in the D/A/CH region an excellent network.

This group will serve as a platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing on best practices in sterility testing. We are currently seeking additional members from the PDA community to contribute to the group’s mission and activities. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫: Katharina Schlereth, Labor LS 𝐂𝐨-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫: Harald K., Skan AG This interest group sets its goal to create a platform for the exchange of best practices in sterility testing. Providing assessments and insights on regulatory requirements is a long term objective, as well as offering training and educational opportunities in sterility testing, fostering collaboration between industry users, academic institutions, and suppliers. Since PDA D/A/CH Chapter's vision is to promote open knowledge exchange in the pharmaceutical industry, this interest group would like to facilitate discussions and evaluations of innovations in sterility testing, with a focus on digitalization, automation, and Rapid Microbiological Methods. 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: We invite all PDA members and readers to take part in this working group.
