Metal 3D Printed Mini Tool ✨ Titanium offers the unique opportunity to anodize components, adding different colors and an appealing finish. 😍 This mini tool, designed by Divra, was printed on one of our #metal3dprinting systems. The difference between the anodized and non-anodized version highlights the versatility and also aesthetic potential of titanium parts. #additivemanufacturing

Great news just in time for Christmas! Together with our long term partner Autodesk we have developed a co-branded app experience in Autodesk Fusion. This add-in provides a simple and efficient workflow within your CAD system, saving you many clicks and can be downloaded from the Fusion App Store. The new add-in is another step towards making #metal3dprinting more accessible and user-friendly. ✅ #additivemanufacturing
For #Metal #Additive #Manufacturing to become a main stream technology, machines need to become more #accessible and #easier to use. No company represents this idea more than our friends at One Click Metal. Their machine design is a reference in #compactness and #affordability. We are proud to launch a common co-branded App experience in #Fusion. With a download of "One Click Metal for Autodesk Fusion" from the #Autodesk App Store, you now can get a guided easy-to-use workflow directly in your CAD system, from #Design to #Toolpathing and #Process #Simulation, and even including #direct #machine #connectivity. The AddIn is free to use, if you have access to a subscription of the Fusion Manufacturing extension. If you made the mistake not being a subscriber yet, you can easily become one in five minutes at an incredible price point of about 2040$ per year, or 270$ per month. Another Successful Commissioning 😊 Last week, we had the pleasure of commissioning our #metal3dprinting system at AM 4 AM in Luxembourg, in collaboration with our reseller MULTISTATION. AM 4 AM will use our system for material testing and development. To support their research, they are also using our Lab Module, which allows for printing with different materials on a single system. ✅ #additivemanufacturing

Same Part, Different Finish ✨ With different finishing methods, we can completely transform the appearance of a metal 3D printed component. The upper bike stem was polished for a sleek and shiny look, while the lower one was additionally anodized to achieve the green color. Which finish do you prefer? #metal3dprinting #additivemanufacturing

Festive Fun with the Team 🎄 ✨ This week, the One Click Metal team came together for a little Christmas celebration. We decided to switch things up and headed to a special location in Stuttgart to try something new. Check out the video to see what we were up to! 🚲 Another exciting application field of #metal3dprinting is the bike industry! At Formnext 2024, we showcased a full plate of bike parts, from pedals and pipe connectors to bottle holders and seatpost clamps. The possibilities of metal 3D printing are great when it comes to creating lightweight, durable, and customized components for bikes. What bike part would you print? #additivemanufacturing

BMW M printed its own bottle openers with our machines! 🍾 Our customer BMW M uses two of our metal 3D printers: one for aluminum and one for tool steel. ✅ The application possibilities in #metal3dprinting are wide, and the automotive sector is just one of many industries unlocking its potential. 💪 BMW M also designed and printed their own bottle openers, which not only look great but are also a handy tool to have around. 😉 #additivemanufacturing

Finishing processes in #metal3dprinting ✨ It’s amazing to see how finishing processes can transform the appearance of metal 3D printed parts. Erik Lapegna from our Italian reseller Synergon S.p.a. is currently testing the best techniques to polish a component. Looks fantastic 😍 #metal3dprinting #additivemanufacturing
✨ Today was all about polishing tests on our One Click Metal printed parts!✨ ✨PATH TO SPLENDOR✨ Always fun getting hands-on and refining things to make them even better. Step by step, we keep improving! #3DPrinting #AdditiveManufacturing #Metal3DPrinting #Jewelry #LPBF #SLM
