3 Key Benefits of Being a Senior Consultant Since I started learning English back in elementary school, I always knew I would study, live, or work abroad one day. Something about that idea always felt like it was waiting for me. ✳️ English has been a part of my life in so many ways, even though my high school teacher once made me promise I wouldn’t use it in the future. (That’s a story for another day!) Fast forward 20 years, and now my entire life revolves around English—and I love it. Yes, there are challenges: by the end of the day, my brain is often tired, and sometimes I accidentally switch between languages. But every moment is worth it because of what I’ve gained in my career. 👨💼 Here are the three key benefits why I love being a consultant: 1. The Opportunity to Work in a Global Environment 🌍 Working at Miebach allows me to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Every new project is a chance to meet someone new and learn from their perspectives. 2. Traveling and Experiencing Different Cultures ✈️ This year alone, I’ve traveled more kilometers by plane than by car! I always admired leaders who seemed to be constantly on the go, and now I get to live that life. Whether it’s workshops, meetings, or conferences, traveling has given me experiences I’ll never forget. 3. Personal and Professional Growth 💹 Miebach has given me the platform to push my boundaries and improve myself every day. From solving complex challenges for clients to balancing life on the road, I’ve grown in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Right now, I’m in America, conducting an on-site workshop with a client. While part of me misses being home with my partner, especially during the holiday season, another part of me is so grateful for the chance to learn, grow, and experience new cultures. Being a consultant has its challenges, but the personal and professional growth I’ve gained is beyond rewarding. I look forward to continuing this amazing journey!
