We are excited to share a significant milestone on our journey toward enhanced occupational health and safety: the successful introduction of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S-MS) and the implementation of ISO 45001 at our plant in Haßmersheim! 🎉   Here’s a look at our journey: 🛠️ November 2021: Initial assessment by an external consultant – essentially an internal audit conducted externally. 🚀 January 2022: Start of system integration into our Integrated Management System (IMS): Development of new and updates to existing documents, Creation of a complex database for monthly evaluations. 👩🏫 March 2023: Training of all managers on the OH&S-MS (in person). 👷♂️ May 2023: Training of all employees on the OH&S-MS (in person). 🔍 June 2023: Intensive internal audit by an external consultant at both sites. 🎓 September 2024: Completion of safety officer (SiFA) training for the plant in Schwerte. 🏆 October 2024: Official ISO 45001 certification! A heartfelt thank you to all employees, managers, and external partners for their dedication and expertise in making this development possible.
