How about a slightly different Christmas tree this year? 🎄😉 Our ERCO Christmas tree, made from luminaires, celebrates the art of lighting in a festive way. How do you use light to make the holidays special? ✨

Installed as part of Millennium celebrations, the Signature Ring is a public artwork at Elizabeth Quay in Perth. Reminiscent of a giant set of headphones, the artwork is made up of 2,375 copper tiles that feature the etched signatures of 200,000 Western Australian school children who were registered from kindergarten to year 12 in 1999. Designed to emphasize the importance of youth to the future, the artwork by Perth artists Simon Gauntlett and Matthew Ngui was erected in 2015, but only recently lit to provide 24-hour access. Channel Partner Lighting Options recommended ERCO Tesis 2 uplights for their in-ground resilience and minimal glare. Yesterday, we wrapped up this year’s final ARCHITECT@WORK. The ARCHITECT@WORK events of 2024 have been a great success, and Frankfurt am Main provided the perfect finale. With this positive review, we are even more excited about what 2025 holds for us. Es gibt kaum etwas Schöneres in unserem Job, als in die staunenden Gesichter der Studierenden zu sehen, die bei uns im Hamburger Showroom zu Gast sind und das magische Licht von ERCO in seinen vielfältigen Facetten sehen und erleben. Licht muss man spüren, um es zu verstehen und zielgerichtet einzusetzen. Umso wichtiger ist es, dass sich Lichtplanende, Leuchtenhersteller und Lichtexperten der Aus- und Weiterbildung von jungen Menschen widmen. ERCO tut dies bereits seit Generationen, so dass Generationen von Planenden bereits im Studium die "Grammatik des Lichts" nach Richard Kelly kennengelernt haben - dem legendären amerikanischen Lichtplaner des vergangenen Jahrhunderts. Sein Licht zum Sehen, Hinsehen und Ansehen begleitet uns noch heute an jedem Tag, und wir versuchen, seine Philosophie der nächsten Generation von Architekturschaffenden und Lichtplanenden zu vermitteln. Vielen Dank an alle Lehrenden und Studierenden der Hochschulen, die uns in diesem Jahr besucht haben. Ihr seid auch im neuen Jahr herzlich bei ERCO willkommen. Wir freuen uns auf Euch! In the special exhibition "Lacquerware of East Asia" the National Museum of Korea brought together lacquered treasures from the 14th to the 19th centuries, showcasing artistry from three nations 🌏✨. To preserve the integrity of these delicate pieces, ERCO provided the perfect lighting solution with Axis showcase luminaires. 💡 Designed to emit minimal heat and light damage, Axis ensured precise and gentle illumination of the lacquer wood’s natural colors. Architekturbeleuchtung neu gedacht 💡 * Vienna Event Recap” On November 27th, we had the pleasure of hosting a “Work”-related Workshop in our ERCO Showroom in Vienna. We were thrilled to welcome around 40 customers who joined us to explore innovative lighting concepts for Offices and discuss the future of architectural lighting. The day was filled with inspiring presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and valuable exchanges of ideas. This workshop was thoughtfully designed to inform, remind, and reinforce key theoretical and practical knowledge. Participants explored the latest work trends, innovations in modern light controls, and sustainable approaches to lighting solutions. A special thank you to our valuable guests, Thomas Schielke, a lighting design trainer, and Heiko Becker, Sustainability Manager at ERCO for their insightful and inspiring presentations that enriched the event. We also greatly appreciated the valuable contributions from Markus Putzlager, Sales Manager Austria, Thomas Schuster, Head of Lighting Design, as well as Christoph Gasser and Roman Stöbich from Exceedation Sales GmbH.
