Milling and measuring The COUNTERMATE evo is known to be the most productive milling machine in the industry. Last shipment in 2024 It has been a busy and successful year for ELCEDE and a lot of machines were shipped to a lot of countries worldwide. Today we prepared a LCS evo laser cutting machine for the transport and it just left on a 2,000 km truck journey to its final destination. Just an other LCS The LCS is one of the longest built machines-series in the history of ELCEDE and therefore an all time bestseller. Installation Lazersan is the leading dieshop in Turkiye when it comes to high quality folding carton dies. Digital support concept ELCEDE machines are built only from best components and are known for their great reliability. However every machine can get a problem now and then and when this is the case, the machine needs to be fixed in the quickest way considering the turnaround times for dieboards which is often only 24 hours. Beside our highly skilled and international service engineer crew we already give the first thoughts into trouble shooting when initially designing the machine: all components are built into the machine to easy access them without special knowledge or tooling. Most of the parts can be exchanged by the operators after we diagnose the problem online. But how are we doing this? With the state-of-the-art Ethercat technology we can connect to more than 90% of all hardware components and check their feedback by remote diagnostic. This makes it very efficient to locate the defective part. To further help with it, ELCEDE offers also the ServicePilot device, a headset with built in computer, camera, microphone and hearing aids. While the machine operator is wearing it, our service hotline can talk to him and also see through the camera for a visual confirmation of the diagnosis results. Steel rule processing Elcede introduced the first steel rule processing machines already in 1981 shortly after foundation of the company. In the mid 90‘s the DieMond tools got introduced with lifetimes of several million strokes without regrinding which is up to today unbeaten. Nowadays ELCEDE can customize machines to process steel rules according to the customers needs and specification. Weather it’s a 1.5 pt 8 mm label rule or a 4 pt. 100 mm; regular cutting, serrated, toothed, crease or other rules, we have done it all already. Also the COILMATE series is the only one you can process all cuttings rules in an industrial way feeding several diemakers to insert them in the dieboard. The Cam-module STL is identifying most of the rule segments automatically and therefore saves a lot of labor time of the operator.
