End of month, I plan the next one. End of week, I plan the next one. End of day I plan the next one. ✅ Regular family time: Blocking off hours for undistracted family times with your phone turned off. It can help to put phone-less evenings in your calendar. The key is to prioritize flexibility within structure. Not every day will go perfectly, but with clear intentions and a willingness to adapt, it’s possible to thrive as both a leader and a family member.
