As part of our #missionRESPONSIBLE 2024 initiative, our employees have put their hearts into numerous good deeds that have improved our community and the world. Through regular clothing and blood donations, they have helped those in need and saved lives. Their generosity is demonstrated by their financial and in-kind contributions to initiatives such as Caritas, children's hospices, and animal shelters. Some have collected garbage during their lunch breaks, while others have brought joy to others through charity concerts and by providing technical support to older people. The actions against racism and right-wing extremism have set a strong example for diversity and tolerance. Donation walks and toy drives show how much can be achieved by working together. These diverse actions reflect the generosity and commitment of our colleagues. A better future starts with diversity! 🙌 Mary's Orphanage in Kuala Lumpur offers protection and hope to children who have had a difficult time. As part of our "Experience Diversity" campaign, we support this impressive orphanage, which offers children a home, an education, and, thus, a perspective. Jochen Fuchs, Chief Human Resources Officer, Benjamin Dorsch, Managing Director, and our colleagues from Arvato Systems Malaysia visited the orphanage to hand over a check, hear the children's moving stories, and learn about the local team's commitment. Their visit highlighted the importance of taking responsibility and actively promoting diversity. ❣️ Our campaign supports associations and organizations in Germany and around the world. We are delighted to share the great success of our “Snacking for a Good Cause – Every Bite Counts” campaign. Thanks to the incredible support of our employees, we collected a substantial total donation of €1,327 across various locations, supporting important charitable projects. 🎉 In Munich, we raised €164 for the cancer ward at Hauner Children's Hospital during a cozy cake 🍰 party. The Leipzig site contributed €116 to a good cause, much to the delight of the “Wünschewagen Sachsen.” In Cologne, a proud €185 was collected and donated to the Ronald McDonald House and Oase Cologne. In Gütersloh, the cake sale generated an impressive €862, which was donated to the children’s hospice in Bethel. This success was made possible by the super passionate and committed Arvato Systems team. Special thanks to Melanie Langhorst, Sindy Zastrow, Ulrike Conrad, Beate Puls, Tim Strässer, Melanie Pilzecker, Martin Jennert, Martina Sudholt, and so many others.
