Quite often we'll intending teams start from solution idea. In my innovation catalyst training one of key concepts was: fall in love with problem, not the solution. Once you know the real pain point, experiment with simple and fast solutions, measure the impact, choose best, implement, and repeat. Closed loop approach confirms benefits, and enables learning from misses. That is the way.
